As the Year 2009, comes to a close and Time moves forward while shifting into a “new decade”, it is the Season and time to be ready and in position for the year of 2010 – the appointed time in God for divine economy, completion and fulfillment.
It is with divine delight, grace and humility that I embrace the opportunity as “Empowerment Coach” of this great Network to enhance and help others this season:

“To whom much is give, much is required”……..the Father has called, licensed, ordained, appointed and equipped me with an apostolic and prophetic anointing for both Kingdom Leadership as well as ministry/ entrepreneurship in the marketplace for such a time as this.
I am licensed and ordained in the office of a Prophetess by Bishop Alicia Perry of APMII, Washington, DC. I am passionate about empowering women to live on purpose and to release their brilliance.
I am an award-winning Entrepreneur and certified as a Consultant by Professional Women Network (PWN) an international organization for training and certification. Also, I partner with PWN and collaborated as an Author to create five (5) Self-help Empowerment Books for Women. This organization was featured in the 2009 June's edition of the Black Enterprise Magazine.
As a professional career woman, with a Master’s degree in Public Administration, I bring over 20+ years of dynamic leadership, organizational development, communications skills, healthcare management, customer service and entrepreneurship skills. These accomplished years of developing and transforming organizations, designing and managing programs and passionately serving people, led to the birth of LJR Training and Consulting, LLC. One of my greatest learning experience, and the witness of the sustaining power of God and His tender-love, was during my 10 years – primary caregiver's assignment for my beloved mother and friend who is now resting in the Lord. I obtained certification as a Self-Care Specialist creating events for women to "gather" and dedicate "Me Time" to sacred pampering and self-love as a means of rejuvenating their bodies and restoring their souls.

I know what it is to go into the eye of an unexpected storm and endure an all-consuming fire. But be comforted with one loving-miracle after another of a faithful Father; until I arrived to the completion of my divine assignment. Thru it all, I learned that the pain equipped me with passion and purpose. Finally, one thing I know is that God allows everything to work for your good when you are called according to His purpose. God has always had an expected end' for my life and for His glory!
