Kaysha has a strong interest in Health and Wellness. She was diagnosed with Alopecia almost 16 years ago. Although it is not life threatening, it can deeply affect individuals psychologically and emotionally. She cannot attribute her healing to anything except the love of Christ. He has shown her over the years that the Mind, Body, Spirit connection is the key to coping with this condition and maintaining one's Overall Health. She also strongly believes in the power of confessing The Word of God through prayer and meditation; which is why she received her Teacher Certification in Meditation and in Biblical Health Coaching.
