Test Your Breathing Technique

EasyBreath LungExpander: Test Your Breathing The next time you feel short of breath, needing your inhaler, stressed out, breathing rapidly - place one hand on your upper chest and the other on your stomach. If you are breathing correctly (diaphragmatically) your stomach should feel as if it is expanding (filling up, as if with air). But if your chest is rising, you are breathing superficially.

We tend to take breathing for granted because it happens with little effort.

However, the way you breathe can affect your immediate and long term health.

Learning to breathe properly can reduce the incidence and severity of restricted breathing.

These products are made with organic ingredients and are gentle. You will accompany the cleanse with healthy eating. High fibrous fruits/veggies, whole grains and lean chicken, fish and turkey Not fried, battered or sauced.
If you do not choose one of these be very careful as many cleanses have harsh ingredients that could be harmful to your system.
Let me know if you start a cleanse and I will send you a healthy eating plan that compliments the cleanse. Top this off with a little consistent exercise (walking works fine).
